We bade a sad farewell to our 6th class at the end of June. We wish them well in Secondary School.
Boat Project ~ June 2014.
The final term turned out to be a very busy one! Once the project was announced before Easter the children began working on their designs and gathering materials. The results, as I'm sure you'll agree, are fantastic........

The mummification of our Ballinakill Pharoah.
We prepared the body by washing him. We then covered him with salts and removed his organs. The organs were placed in Canopic Jars. we wrapped his body in white cloth before placing a Death Mask over his face.
